Studio Policies
 |
- Private lessons by appointment.
- To reserve your class
space, group participants must register and prepay monthly. Payment
due before month begins. No prorates, make-ups or refunds.
- Studio accepts cash and checks,
no credit cards. Please make checks payable to 'Pilates
Fitness'.
- All classes begin on the
hour. All sessions are 55 minutes in length. Doors will be opened on
the hour for groups. Clients arriving late may complete the
time remaining in their session.

Prices subject to c hange
without notice. All packages must be completed within 2 months.

Class Guidelines |
-
Arrival: On the hour, the door will be opened for group class setup.

Attire: Dress in comfortable, unrestrictive clothing. Clean bare feet
or socks. Hair band.

Inform
the instructor of new health issues before each class.

Bring
water, mat & towel for group classes. Drink plenty of water before and
during class.

Kindly
turn cell phones off or use in vibration mode unless you are waiting for an emergency call.

Please
refrain from wearing perfumes or colognes. NO gum for safety.

Sessions: available by appointment. Include use of Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, (see below).
Stability Chairs & Barrels and can also include Pilates mat work if
desired. Working one on one with a certified, experienced Pilates
instructor can dramatically improve your results! Private Pilates
personal training takes into account your individual fitness goals and
objectives as well as your individual strengths and weaknesses. After a
Postural and Movement Analysis (which helps to identify any muscular
imbalances), an individualized program will be developed to meet your
specific needs and goals. Because Pilates is about the precision and
quality of movement, one on one attention ensures that you are doing the
movements correctly and getting the most out of each and every
exercise. We recommend, if this is your first time taking Pilates or
you are working with an injury, that you start with private sessions to
ensure both safety and success. Complementing home exercises are
provided. |

Pairs, mat or equipment |
Pairs - $40.00 per participant |
Share a session with a
